Position Summary: This unique training program encompasses a twenty-four-month program, rotating through the main areas of construction management: Project Management, Site Supervision, and Estimating. At the end of this exhilarating on-the-job program, graduates will blaze their own path in the industry and with their future within the company. Program Highlights Three 8-month assignments in Project Management, Site Supervisor, and Estimating 1 month experience on the tools Introduction to Safety 24/7 through a Safety Officer rotation Consistent mentorship throughout the program to guide your success Comradery and networking with other CMTs In-depth, hands-on experience in three key areas of construction Opportunity for employment upon completion Construction Management Trainee Rotations Project Management: Assist Project Manager is project Pre-Planning Process (P3), which involves planning work schedule, updating project schedule, and arranging for assignment of project personnel. Site Supervision: Assist in supervising the field construction work effort to ensure work is constructed in accordance with design, budge and schedule. Includes interfacing with Customer, Project Managers, Site Supervisor, other contractors, etc. Estimating: Assist in gathering, calculating and compiling data for use in bid proposal estimates for one or more discipline areas. Technical aspects and company procedures can be learned through on-the-job training. At R.H. White, our day-to-day work is construction, and we do it well.
