About The Position

Join a team supporting a large-scale data center construction project in Lancaster, TX. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the implementation and management of an established Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program across multiple subcontractors and trades working in a complex mission-critical environment. Requirements

OSHA 30 Certification or Higher
5+ years of construction safety experience
Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience required
Ability to pass a background check
Working knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards
Working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Programs
Working knowledge of Energy Isolation Procedures
Working knowledge of Electrical Safety Fundamentals
Working knowledge of Mechanical Systems Isolation
Working knowledge of Contractor Safety Management
Working knowledge of Commissioning & Startup Activities
Working knowledge of Data Center Construction Operations
Working knowledge of Hazard Recognition & Risk Assessment
Working knowledge of Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Development
Working knowledge of Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis
Working knowledge of Construction Risk Assessment & Mitigation
Working knowledge of Compliance Documentation & Auditing

Commissioning or startup experience
Electrical or mechanical construction experience
Experience working with energized systems and energy isolation procedures
CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential

Responsibilities

Administer and oversee the project's Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program
Coordinate LOTO activities among multiple subcontractors and trades
Ensure compliance with project-specific energy isolation procedures
Conduct audits and inspections of LOTO practices and documentation
Verify proper lockout procedures prior to work activities
Support contractor onboarding and LOTO training initiatives
Review energy control procedures and isolation plans
Maintain LOTO records, documentation, and compliance reports
Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate energy-related hazards
Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
Promote a positive safety culture focused on energy isolation and worker protection
