About The Position

As a Construction Loan Process Administrator, you will process construction loan draw requests, update and distribute reports, and provide construction loan policy updates. You will also approve pre-construction worksheets, provide subdivision lot pay-off terms and assist lenders with construction training. Additionally, you will provide coordination between lenders, the credit department, the loan services department, and managers.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to assess situations to determine the best course of action for completing quality control processes.
Interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate with internal customers and other bank resources.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with urgency and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred, but not required.
Relevant banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with previous construction loan administration experience preferred.
