Requirements

2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
Required to have acrylic installation experience.
Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required.
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently.
Ability to interact professionally with Customers.
Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a background and DMV check.

Responsibilities

Manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
Document installation progress using technology such as iPad.
Interact professionally with Customers.
Perform construction and installation tasks including carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing.
Install acrylic products.
