About The Position

Perimeter Solutions Group is looking for dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our expanding team in Tampa. If you enjoy hands-on work, being outdoors, and learning skilled trades, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that completes over 1,000 fencing projects nationwide each year. Whether you already have fencing experience or come from a general construction background, we provide the support, training, and opportunities to help you succeed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of construction or fence installation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and performing physical labor throughout the day
• Able to work outdoors year-round

Nice To Haves

• Experience towing or working with trucks and trailers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install commercial fencing systems including: Chain link, Wood, Vinyl (PVC), Aluminum, Temporary fencing
• Dig post holes and set posts in concrete
• Install rails, gates, wire, and hardware
• Measure and layout fence lines accurately
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and augers
• Load and unload materials safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures
• Work alongside a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
