About The Position

Cycle Construction is hiring full-time Construction Workers to support highway, heavy, and marine projects across South Louisiana. The role involves general construction work and supporting equipment operators and craft workers on job sites. Work is performed outdoors in all weather, with a team-based approach and a focus on safety. This is a Section 3 eligible job opportunity; applications are encouraged from individuals who are low-income, live in public housing, and/or receive Section 8 vouchers.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and TWIC card, or ability to obtain a TWIC card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Steel-toe boots.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Positive attitude and team mentality.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction duties, including trenching, mixing concrete, and moving materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Assist equipment operators and craft workers.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Follow company and OSHA safety requirements.
