Inch & Co. is seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to support its growing construction division. This role involves working alongside experienced tradespeople and crew members to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who takes pride in their work and is eager to grow within the construction industry.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Dependable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
Nice To Haves
- Prior construction or labor experience preferred; entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, carpentry, masonry, and general construction tasks
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow directions from foremen and crew leads to keep projects on schedule
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on site
- Assist with demolition, debris removal, and site preparation as needed
- Support multiple trades and adapt to varying tasks across different job sites
