About The Position

Pinemar is seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Laborer to join their team in Ardmore, PA. This full-time position offers an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of residential construction, from the ground up, and has the potential to lead to an Apprentice Carpenter role. Pinemar is a builder of custom homes, renovations, and exceptional spaces, recognized as a Best Place to Work. The Construction Laborer will support Superintendents, Foremen, Carpenters, and trade partners on various projects.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Able to work well with the internal team and subcontractors
• Able to follow directions carefully and complete tasks independently
• Eager to learn and develop new construction skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Able to perform physically demanding work consistently, including lifting up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Construction experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and free of debris throughout construction
• Haul and dispose of scrap materials, packaging, and jobsite waste
• Load, unload, stage, and organize building materials and deliveries
• Sweep, clean, and prepare homes for inspections, trades, and final walkthroughs
• Assist the Superintendent with daily tasks, site setup, and errands
• Help maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite safety measures
• Support trade contractors and the project team as needed
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe, organized work environment
• Work independently and as part of a team to keep projects moving forward
