Construction Laborer (Experienced and Entry Level)

Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation to travel to and between work sites as required by the position
Nice To Haves
- Labor Foreman: 10–15 years of construction experience, Proven ability to manage and lead a labor crew, Strong leadership and coordination skills on active job sites
- Journeyman Laborer: Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites, Skilled in material handling and debris/rubbish removal, Able to perform site dewatering, sweeping, and general labor tasks, Reliable and adaptable to various site needs
- General Laborer: Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn, Interest in growing into a journeyman laborer role
- Cleaning Laborer: Attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, finished space
Responsibilities
- Receiving material deliveries, organizing materials, and material inventory
- Building scaffolding and temporary structures
- Staging jobsites
- Assisting carpenters
- Job site clean-up
