About The Position
Cycle Construction is hiring full-time Construction Workers to support highway, heavy, and marine projects across South Louisiana. We build with teamwork, integrity, and safety as our foundation.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and TWIC card (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and steel-toe boots
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Positive attitude and team mentality
Responsibilities
- Performing general construction duties (trenching, mixing concrete, moving materials)
- Operating hand and power tools safely
- Assisting equipment operators and craft workers
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site
- Following all company and OSHA safety requirements
