Construction Laborer (Experienced and Entry Level)

Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation to travel to and between work sites as required by the position
- 10–15 years of construction experience (for Labor Foreman)
- Proven ability to manage and lead a labor crew (for Labor Foreman)
- Strong leadership and coordination skills on active job sites (for Labor Foreman)
- Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites (for Journeyman Laborer)
- Skilled in material handling and debris/rubbish removal (for Journeyman Laborer)
- Able to perform site dewatering, sweeping, and general labor tasks (for Journeyman Laborer)
- Reliable and adaptable to various site needs (for Journeyman Laborer)
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn (for General Laborer)
- Interest in growing into a journeyman laborer role (for General Laborer)
- Responsible for finish/final cleaning (for Cleaning Laborer)
- Tasks include vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning glass, etc. (for Cleaning Laborer)
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, finished space (for Cleaning Laborer)

Responsibilities
- Receiving material deliveries, organizing materials, and material inventory
- Building scaffolding and temporary structures
- Staging jobsites
