Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, apartment turnovers, punch-out work, or a related trade
- Working knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including drywall repair, painting, light carpentry, appliance handling, and minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and required safety equipment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete work efficiently and to quality standards
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete punch-outs, turnovers, and minor construction repairs (e.g., gutters, drywall, painting, lighting, fencing, and minor roof repairs).
- Moves or replaces appliances as needed.
- Follows all safety procedures and properly uses safety equipment.
- Maintains tools and equipment and completes required paperwork on time.
