About The Position

Specialty Bakery of Tulsa is seeking a Construction Laborer / Production Line team member to support special build-outs and keep the bakery operation moving with speed and precision. This role is crucial for supporting project work and maintaining a steady production flow while upholding food safety and quality standards. The team member will engage in construction-style tasks during special projects, assist with production line activities, stage materials, maintain clean and organized work areas, and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on labor, manufacturing, construction, or production line experience
• Comfort with a fast-paced, physical role and working on your feet
• Reliable attendance for a Monday–Saturday schedule
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Support construction-style tasks during special projects
• Assist with production line activities as assigned
• Stage materials
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements
• Prep areas for improvements
• Jump onto the production line to keep output steady
• Move between tasks as priorities change
• Stay alert to safety and sanitation expectations
• Reset the space for the next shift
