About The Position
We are a custom home designbuild company specializing in highquality residential construction. Our work ranges from groundup custom homes to detailed remodels, and we take pride in craftsmanship, organization, and professionalism on every project. We are seeking a dependable Construction Laborer and Driver to support our construction team. This role combines driving, material handling, and handson jobsite labor. It's wellsuited for someone who takes pride in their work, values reliability, and enjoys contributing to the building of custom homes.
Requirements
- Professional, reliable, and safetyminded
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in and around clients' homes
- Ability to provide verifiable work history and references
- Must be able to pass a driving record review
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety procedures
Nice To Haves
- Construction or jobsite experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters and crew with general construction labor
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Support daily site setup, breakdown, and material organization
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Represent the company professionally while on job sites and operating company vehicles
