About The Position

Construction Flagger. Job Location: Windsor, CO. Main job responsibilities will be flagging and spotting for large equipment. Including forklifts, snorkel lifts, and other large equipment. Assist equipment operators, foremen, and other crew members when needed. Work around excavators, loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, and other construction equipment. Follow instructions from foremen and project managers. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Identify and report unsafe conditions, hazards, damaged equipment, or other concerns. Perform additional duties as necessary to help complete projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working on large construction jobsites
• At least 1 year of experience flagging
• Ability to follow directions and work and communicate as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and ability to get to the jobsite in all weather conditions
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and construction activities
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday
• Must be willing to perform a variety of tasks rather than being limited to one specific job
• Frequent physical activity including walking and standing for extended periods
• Working on uneven or rough terrain
• Working around dust, dirt, noise, and heavy equipment
• Working outdoors in hot, cold, wet, and other adverse weather conditions
• Lifting and carrying materials and tools up to 50lbs when needed
• Bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing
