Responsibilities

  • Assist with permitting, site logistics, scheduling, and safety planning.
  • Administer RFI and submittal processes, and maintain updated records including Contract Documents.
  • Engage in project updates, document management, material procurement, scheduling, and safety inspections.
  • Support the closeout process, including preparing closeout documents, punch lists, and warranty documentation.
  • Actively participate in ongoing education and training programs, reflecting our value of being hungry to learn and eager to teach.
  • Conduct quality control and safety inspections to ensure project standards are met.
