This Civil Construction Engineering Internship is designed to nurture talent from the ground up, offering individuals the opportunity to join dynamic teams across the country. Interns will work alongside Construction Engineering professionals, supporting the inspection and documentation of road, water main, and sewer construction projects. This role provides hands-on field experience, exposure to construction observation and project documentation, and direct learning from experienced engineers and project managers.

Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently within budgets and schedules.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Nice To Haves

EIT preferred
Experience working on field projects a plus
Familiarity with ArcGIS, MicroStation, GeoPak, and/or AutoCAD desirable
