About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Intern to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry. This internship provides an opportunity to learn about construction operations, project management, field activities, and the day-to-day processes that support successful projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well with others, and is interested in building a career in the construction industry.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree, certificate, or coursework related to Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Safety, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in the construction industry.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project teams with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Support project managers, superintendents, estimators, and other team members as needed.
  • Assist with reviewing project documents, drawings, schedules, and reports.
  • Help maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Participate in project meetings and gain exposure to construction processes.
  • Assist with tracking materials, equipment, schedules, and other project needs.
  • Support field and office personnel with various tasks and projects.
  • Learn and utilize construction-related software and technology.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
