As the Construction Inspector, you will: be responsible for the inspections of public improvement construction of streets, water, sewer, sidewalks, and drainage for compliance with local, state, and federal code, regulations and specifications. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum five (5) years of public works construction project experience.
  • OR High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of college/trade school related to drafting, surveying, utility construction, or related technical curriculum.
  • Minimum four (4) years of public works construction project experience.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
  • Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
