About The Position
NV5 is seeking Construction Inspectors to work on a NYSDOT Region 8 project in Orange County, NY. The role requires a minimum of NICET II certification or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience on similar construction projects preferred. Entry-level candidates will also be considered. The job is located in Goshen, NY.
Requirements
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in Engineering, and/or NICET 2,3 certification
- 2-3 years of experience on similar construction projects (preferred, entry-level considered)
- NICET II, III certification/license

Responsibilities
- Inspect construction activities for NYSDOT project
- Prepare daily Inspector reports
- Confirm Contractor quantities
- Ensure implementation of MPT (Maintenance of Traffic/Temporary Traffic Control)
