About The Position
French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Construction Inspector for our Construction Engineering Department in Wall or Camden, NJ. This role involves performing construction inspection on New Jersey based bridge and roadway projects, assisting in the review of cost estimates and project submittters, and coordinating with Project Managers. The inspector will travel to project sites when required, ensure daily contractor operations are in accordance with Contract Documents, and maintain organized and up-to-date project files.
Requirements
- Experience performing construction inspection.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with construction projects.
- Ability to pass a TWIC Background Check.
Responsibilities
- Perform construction inspection on New Jersey based bridge and roadway projects.
- Assist in the review of Cost Estimates and project submittals.
- Coordinate with Project Managers
- Travel to projects sites when required.
- Ensure daily contractor operations are in accordance with Contract Documents
- Keep organized and up to date project files.
