Requirements
- Some experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople on-site (carpenters, electricians, etc).
- Load and unload materials and tools.
- Clean and prep construction sites.
- Operate basic tools and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
