About The Position

This role involves working as a Construction-Heavy Maintenance Crew Member in the Clearwater, FL area. The position requires the use of heavy equipment for tasks such as digging ditches and manually installing equipment. Responsibilities also include working with concrete, including framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing. The job may require travel to job sites, potentially including overnights. Maintaining positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors is essential for a smooth workflow of supplies, materials, and sub-contractor work. Adherence to all safe work practices and housekeeping standards, including daily job cleanup, is mandatory.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs when necessary during the course of performing their necessary duties
Work outside during all types of weather
Work under time constraints efficiently
Ability to work well with others
Follow all company procedures

Nice To Haves

Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity
Installer certifications in the product line
Equipment operation experience

Responsibilities

Using heavy equipment to dig ditches
