Construction-Heavy Maintenance Crew Member (CHARLESTON, SC AREA)
About The Position
This role involves working as a Construction-Heavy Maintenance Crew Member in the Charleston, SC area. The position requires the use of heavy equipment for digging ditches and manual installation of equipment. Responsibilities include working with concrete (framing, pouring, mixing, finishing), traveling to job sites which may require overnights, and maintaining positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure a smooth workflow. A strong emphasis is placed on adhering to all safe work practices and housekeeping standards, including daily job cleanup.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 75 – 100 lbs when necessary
- Work outside during all types of weather
- Work under time constraints efficiently
- Ability to work well with others
- Follow all company procedures
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity
- Installer certifications in the product line
- Equipment operation experience
Responsibilities
- Using heavy equipment to dig ditches
