Requirements

  • Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Licensed Construction Professional preferred.
  • Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
  • Project Mgmt Professional preferred.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted.
  • Healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Construction and Project Management strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage capital healthcare projects from planning through construction, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, budget, and strategic functionality within project constraints.
  • Develop and implement standardized construction management policies and procedures to build a consistent national operational framework.
  • Enforce strict healthcare safety measures, building codes, and accreditation regulations while overseeing quality control and warranty management.
  • Define project roles and foster seamless collaboration among hospital staff, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Monitor and report on comprehensive project health indicators, including budget burn, earned value, slippage, and overall completion timelines.
