About The Position

Fluidstack is seeking a Construction General Superintendent to oversee field operations across an entire site, managing all superintendents, trades, and shifts. This role involves developing and executing site logistics plans, including laydown, cranes, access, and deliveries, to ensure efficient coordination among multiple General Contractors (GCs) and hundreds of trades. The General Superintendent will be responsible for balancing manpower across the job weekly to prioritize the critical path and for owning and enforcing site-wide safety culture, including stop-work authority. The company is focused on building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, delivering gigawatts of compute faster than anyone else by rethinking traditional construction management and productizing data center builds for repeatability and scale. This role requires a commitment to extreme ownership, velocity, first principles, and a passion for the AI frontier.

Requirements

You've been the top field authority on a $500M+ project with multiple GCs or dozens of trades.
You've built site logistics plans for congested, fast-track jobs.
Superintendents want to work for you again.
You've enforced stop-work and kept the schedule anyway.
You'll travel and live where the work is.

Responsibilities
