Starting Pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation . There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success! The Role As a construction team member, you will: Learn. Start as an Installer, no experience required. We train you on every tool, every process, every safety standard from day one. Master. Move from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead on skill, not tenure. The better you get, the faster you move. Earn. Once you're a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew's efficiency drives an uncapped bonus. Skill shows up in your paycheck, not just your title.
