We need strong individuals like you to help us set new standards and make a meaningful impact. Starting Pay: $22–$26/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential. High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $40–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success! Bonus Structure: You'll work in a crew of three. Once you operate as a Lead Installer or Team Lead, you are eligible for bonuses. Our uncapped bonus structure rewards efficiency. The more efficient your team, the higher your potential earnings.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to obtain a DOT med card
Ability to travel 20% of the time
Must be at least 18 years old
Proven track record of hard work and dedication
Disciplined and ready to be rewarded for commitment

Operate as a Lead Installer or Team Lead

Responsibilities

Perform in-home waterproofing, foundation, and concrete leveling solutions.
Operate safely in and around job sites with provided training for all tools and materials.
