About The Position

Tribal One Construction is looking to hire a full-time General Laborer and Concrete Worker to join our team. This General Laborer and Concrete Worker position is with a small company managed by a cohesive team of professionals that is looking to increase our capability. This position earns a competitive hourly wage of $22.00-$30.00, depending on experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or GED certificate.
  • One (1) year of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must currently process and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass and remain in compliance with drug free workplace policies (including all Federal laws).
  • Must be able to pass and remain compliant with company, Denver Department of Aviation, and Federal background checks.
  • Must be able to function as a responsible team member.
  • Must exhibit excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to climb ladders and access roof tops.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain absolute integrity and honesty with management, subordinates, clients, subcontractors and all team members.
  • Motivated to understand and enhance client's mission.
  • Demolition
  • Erosion control BMP installation
  • Operate equipment as needed for the project
  • General site clean-up and housekeeping duties
  • Demo worksites and prepare for new concrete pour or placement
  • Set/strip concrete forms
  • Pour or place concrete
  • Install rebar, expansion joints or carbon fiber
  • Repair concrete structures
  • Install joint sealant
  • Follow all safety protocols at all times on jobsite
  • Clean up the worksite when the project is completed
  • Other duties as assigned
