About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman for our Parks & Public Spaces division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in building and managing parks and public space projects for both municipal and private commercial clients. This role requires a high level of skill, experience, and site leadership. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the crew remains focused, the work is organized, and the final product meets our high standards. We are looking for a long-term employee who is driven, works hard and smart, understands construction drawings, is resourceful, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership and delegation skills. The role also requires the ability to identify potential issues and develop practical solutions, proficiency in operating heavy machinery, clear and consistent communication, and strong teamwork skills. This is a key role in helping Three Seasons grow.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience building and managing parks and public space project sites for municipal and private commercial clients.
  • Ability to read construction drawings, including grading layouts, site layouts, elevations, and details.
  • Resourcefulness and initiative to find answers to project questions.
  • Attention to detail, especially regarding site cleanup, fences, playgrounds, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead and delegate, turning weekly goals into clear daily plans.
  • Ability to pivot plans when site conditions or sequencing change.
  • Strong radar for potential issues and ability to develop practical solutions.
  • Experience operating heavy machinery such as track skid steers, loaders, and excavators.
  • Comfortable loading materials and floating machines.
  • Clear and consistent communication skills.
  • Team player willing to work alongside Project Managers and participate in site meetings.
