With a focus on delivering exceptional service, we strive to assemble talented individuals who can work together to create thoughtful, curated outdoor spaces and build lasting partnerships with our clients. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Foreman focused on hardscape construction to lead our hardscape projects from start to finish. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, supervise crews, and ensure that all hardscape construction activities are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will help drive project success and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in hardscape construction
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Familiarity with construction processes specific to outdoor hardscape environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
