Supervises contract crews, heavy equipment/crane operators, and other personnel at work sites in the installation of production facilities field-wide. This job may be used to fill positions at other North Slope assets. The role involves identifying, planning, and executing projects that support the Asset Team’s objectives, including supervising construction and inspection crews performing electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil projects. This includes installing and repairing process equipment, controls, pipelines, power generation equipment, tanks, vessels, and structural components, as well as constructing roads, pads, and other field support infrastructure. The position also involves supervising the set-up, operation, and repair of oil field machines and equipment, working with field operators to adjust controls, and communicating with other workers to repair or move machinery. The Foreman provides visible leadership to Operations and construction crews, emphasizing safety, managing scope, budget, and schedule, and preparing estimates and bid packages. They develop and implement innovative project execution strategies, adhere to company values, and support the company vision and mission. Effective and timely communication between the field, project team, and management is crucial, as is addressing on-site challenges to maintain workflow and mitigate delays in a remote and challenging environment.
