About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead high-performing crews delivering foundation repair, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting, and concrete repair solutions. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Construction Foremen, Crew Leaders, Lead Installers, Concrete Foremen, Field Supervisors, and Construction Team Leads who thrive in a hands-on leadership role and are passionate about developing teams, driving results, and delivering exceptional workmanship.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Construction Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, Field Supervisor, or similar leadership role
Proven experience leading crews in construction, concrete, foundation repair, waterproofing, roofing, landscaping, utilities, or related trades
Strong leadership and team-development skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Experience operating construction equipment and power tools
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT health screen
Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a construction crew on residential projects
Install foundation repair, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting, and concrete repair systems
Manage day-to-day job site operations and crew productivity
Maintain project quality while ensuring work is completed on schedule
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
Ensure crews follow company processes and installation standards
Drive crew performance to maximize bonus opportunities
