About The Position

Green Garden is a Seattle-based landscaping company focused on residential maintenance and small-scale hardscape construction. We are growing our construction team and looking for someone who can lead from the front. This role will own construction projects from start to finish — paver patios, retaining walls, and related hardscape work on residential and small HOA properties throughout Seattle. This involves managing the crew day-to-day, keeping projects on schedule, and being the point person for clients and the office.

Requirements

3+ years in hardscape construction, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or foreman role
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Comfortable communicating with clients and the office — direct and clear
Dependable: shows up ready, keeps commitments, takes the work seriously

Nice To Haves

English/Spanish bilingual is a strong plus — it makes you more effective with our crews and clients

Responsibilities

Lead the installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and related hardscape on residential and HOA sites
Manage crew assignments, daily workflow, and site safety
Keep projects on schedule and communicate proactively with the office about timelines, materials, and any issues that come up
Maintain equipment and ensure tools and materials are tracked and ready
Hold finished work to a high standard — quality that clients notice and that we can stand behind
