We specialize in custom-built features for commercial spaces including offices, restaurants, and multi-use developments. Our work blends craftsmanship with design, and we are looking for someone who can help bring complex concepts to life on site.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong understanding of interior construction processes and sequencing
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
Comfortable working with tools and participating in field work when needed
Strong organizational and communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience with custom millwork or fabrication is an asset

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on commercial interior job sites
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project timelines
Collaborate with designers and project partners to execute project plans
Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate implementation
Oversee installation of custom-built components including wood and metal features
Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
Address on-site challenges and provide clear communication to stakeholders
