About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to support a multi-unit project in the Ellensburg area. This role will be responsible for assisting with daily site operations and stepping in to run the job site when the Superintendent is off-site.
We’re looking for a well-rounded Foreman who understands all aspects of construction and can confidently lead a job site. Candidates will be asked about their strengths during the interview process, but broad knowledge across trades is key to success in this role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman in multi-family or residential construction
• Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Ability to manage crews and keep projects on track
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
• Must be local to the Ellensburg area (within 30–45 minutes)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Procore is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule
• Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
• Enforce job site safety standards and company policies
• Communicate effectively with the Superintendent and project team
• Step in to manage the site independently when needed
