The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction field operations, expert knowledge of product lines and installation methods, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of construction field operations experience
• Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Comfort using technology, tablets, and digital tools
• Excellent organization and time management
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in the field
• Proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors
• Valid driver's license & dependable transportation required

Nice To Haves

• Construction or home improvement experience preferred
• Experience with Sunrooms, Patio Enclosures, Windows, Doors

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of premium patio enclosures and replacement windows.
• Lead installation crews to success.
• Ensure top-quality workmanship on every project.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Diagnose and resolve service issues quickly.
• Develop winning teams through training and qualification.
• Meet or exceed branch revenue goals.
• Maintain outstanding 90-Day Branch Quality.
• Keep projects on schedule according to GDI budgeting timelines.
• Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys.
• Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
