About The Position

EōS Fitness is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for overseeing construction projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between various teams, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills to facilitate project success and contribute to EōS Fitness's core purpose of creating loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.

Requirements

1-3 years of construction supervision experience
Experience with Procore, Microsoft 365, Excel, Word.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized, able to handle a high volume of transactions without becoming overwhelmed during peak periods.
Experience in both oral and written communication with internal teams and external clients.
Must successfully pass Background Check.
Strong advanced understanding of job requirements and responsibilities.

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Works directly with Construction Project Manager, General contractor, Facilities and operations team.
Providing Daily project updates between projects, the project manager, and other team members
Detailed coordination between the construction project management team and field teams
Work cross-functionally with Construction, Equipment, Facilities and operational departments to facilitate smooth transitions between active projects and operating facilities
Leads and facilitates weekly stakeholder meetings to review project status, financials, and resolve issues.
Recommend and implement ideas and innovations to improve the existing systems, work processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
