Construction Field Specialist

Biltmore Co•Meridian, ID

About The Position

Biltmore Company is seeking an experienced Construction Field Specialist to take a lead role in residential home warranty and homeowner service. This position is responsible for taking warranty issues from the initial homeowner concern through final resolution. The right person will have strong residential construction experience and be able to inspect an issue, determine what is causing it, understand how it should be properly repaired, and coordinate the right people to get it completed. This is a hands-on field position, but it is not primarily a handyman role. The Construction Field Specialist should be comfortable making minor repairs when they can be efficiently handled in-house, while also having the experience and judgment to recognize when a specialized trade partner is needed. Just as important, this person will be one of Biltmore's primary representatives to our homeowners after their home is complete. We are looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys solving problems and helping people, and takes ownership of an issue until it is fully resolved.
