About The Position
M&M Home Remodeling is seeking a Construction Field Manager to oversee roofing and exterior projects in Elmhurst, IL, and surrounding western suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing projects, ensuring crew accountability, and maintaining customer satisfaction. M&M Home Remodeling is a leading residential exterior remodeling company that has served the Chicagoland area for over 50 years and is currently experiencing rapid growth, backed by private equity.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in construction, roofing, or exterior remodeling
- Experience managing crews or job sites
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Manage roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, and job timelines
- Perform site visits and quality checks
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard
- Communicate with homeowners and internal teams
Benefits
- Up to $85K base salary
- $12K performance bonus potential
