Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position
- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Analytically minded
- Great problem solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Responsibilities
- Manage the timely completion of projects within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of our projects are running smoothly.
- Conduct site visits.
- Prepare estimates.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Work closely with the client to keep them updated and make sure their needs are being met.
- Coordinate with office staff and upper management to ensure that we are staying on schedule and within budget.
