About The Position

Evans General Contractors, a top Design Build Company, is seeking a Construction Estimator in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for someone interested in pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, MEP, and commercial projects. The company is looking for a candidate who can lead the design-build project delivery method, understands the coordination between design and construction teams, and can manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in preconstruction for a General Contractor.
Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Distribution and/or Data Centers required.
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Able to perform in both independent and team-oriented environments.
Demonstrates professional credibility, integrity, resilience, and commitment.
Avid and quick learner.
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to change.
Clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, risks, and coordination between design and construction teams.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business/finance or related field of study is preferred but not required.
