About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Construction Estimator for their client, Kawneer, in Springdale, AR. This is a temporary position with a 12-month commitment and potential for hire. The role involves accurately reviewing and entering customer requests for pricing, maintaining customer communication, overseeing order pursuit activities, and engaging in project negotiations. Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited educational institution.
1 year of experience in customer service role.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to function in an environment with tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

Nice To Haves

Experience with KaluCAD and JD Edwards is a plus.
Construction industry background or knowledge of architectural systems products.
2 or more years of experience in the Construction Industry.
2- or 4-year degree in Construction Management from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

Prepare material proposals and material take-offs for Kawneer products from customer supplied lists, customer elevations and architectural plans/specifications.
Work safely in a manner that protects and promotes the health and well-being of the individual, the environment, and the organization.
Interact and work with customers and sales representatives on quote follow-up, order changes, product related issues and customer claims.
Provide required levels of service to customers where Kawneer is the preferred supplier.
Coordinate and collaborate with employees and other internal resources on complex projects.
Develop knowledge of and regularly use Kawneer product portfolio and price book.
Be a point-of-contact on phone inquiries with expectation of 100% "live call" response and customer assistance.
Work with customers and sales to formulate successful order pursuit strategies.
