As a Construction Estimator, you are an integral part of our team as you manage the timely completion of projects within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients. On a day-to-day basis, you manage multiple jobs simultaneously, from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of our projects are running smoothly. You conduct site visits, prepare estimates, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and work closely with the client to keep them updated and make sure their needs are being met. As jobs progress, you coordinate with office staff and upper management to ensure that we are staying on schedule and within budget. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
• Analytically minded
• Great problem solver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
