Requirements

• 3+ years of construction or construction administration/management experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, visualize structural components, and assess constructability.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with estimating and drafting tools.

Nice To Haves

• Previous estimating experience is a plus.
• SketchUp experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents for structural precast concrete projects.
• Prepare material takeoffs and detailed cost estimates.
• Send RFQs, submit RFIs, and coordinate scope discussions with vendors and bidders.
• Organize bid files and track current documents and pricing.
• Draft & submit proposals with required schedules and support documents.
• Communicate with customers throughout the bid process to support project closeout.
• Ensure all documentation is provided for the preconstruction meeting and project handoff.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and industry events as needed.
