About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced construction and industrial equipment mechanic to join our growing service team in Towanda, PA. This is a shop-based role working on compact and heavy equipment including but not limited to skid steers, aerial equipment, and other diesel-powered machinery. If you have experience independently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while working alongside a strong team in a clean, well-equipped shop environment, we want to speak to you! Job Overview: Diagnose, Repair, Service, Inspect, and Maintain a variety of construction, landscape, heavy, aerial, industrial, agricultural, and fleet equipment. Support safe and organized shop environment. Complete repairs and maintenance efficiently. Full-time position, 40-50 hours per week. Limited weekends (typically 1 Saturday a month during peak season). Paid on-line and in-person training.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

Nice To Haves

Ideal applicant would possess a mixed skill set that includes (not limited to): welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, and combustion.
Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
