Construction Engineering Technician
About The Position
ROWE Professional Services Company is an employee-owned, full-service professional consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, aerial photography/mapping, LiDAR, landscape architecture, planning, and land development. ROWE is currently looking for Construction Engineering Technicians to join our team. Construction Engineering Technicians work on a diverse range of large and small-scale construction projects, monitoring compliance with construction drawings and specifications. This position will play a big role in growing our Construction Services team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of previous construction experience preferred
- 5+ years of MDOT experience preferred
- Concrete certification, density certification, and aggregate I certification all preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor construction of highways, bridges, buildings, utilities, and other various types of infrastructure.
- Perform field testing on various construction materials.
- Prepare daily work reports.
- Communicate with the project team throughout the construction process.
