Requirements
- Associate degree preferred; equivalent relevant construction experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong knowledge of roadway and utility construction projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead and communicate effectively with project teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CADD or plan preparation for civil infrastructure projects is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role in managing construction projects.
