About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Construction Engineer with a strong background in pavement construction, inspection, and management, particularly on airport projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale transportation infrastructure and a thorough understanding of pavement evaluation techniques and relevant aviation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in pavement construction, inspection, or management.
• Proven track record in airport runway/taxiway projects or other large-scale transportation infrastructure (e.g., “horizontal / civil;” or “flatwork”).
• Experience with pavement evaluation techniques (FWD testing, PCI surveys, friction testing).
• Familiarity with FAA Advisory Circulars (AC 150 series) and ICAO Annex 14 requirements.
