JMT is ranked #45 on Engineering News-Record’s Top 500 Design Firms list. JMT's Construction Management Team is looking for a Construction Engineer in the Fort Pierce, Florida area. This role involves using general engineering principles to interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments. Please note that immigration sponsorship is not available for this position, with the exception of qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.
Requirements
- Knowledge of general engineering principles and practices
Responsibilities
- Assist with field inspection and oversight of construction activities
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to complete a task
- Perform data analysis and computations to provide alternate field solutions
- Assist in managing projects and administering contracts in accordance with client specifications and guidelines
- Assist with preparing and reviewing project proposals
- Assist in the preparation of engineering documents and Quality Assurance reviews
- Perform other related duties as assigned
